Appointments
If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
Insurance
Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier.

Directions from I-81 (from the South):
Head north on I-81 S. Merge onto I-481 N via Exit 16A toward Dewitt. Take exit 5W onto Kirkville Rd. Take a left at the light onto Fly Rd and another quick left into the parking lot.
Directions from I-90 (from the East or West):
Take Exit 34A off I-90 to merge onto I-481 S toward Syracuse. Take exit 5W onto Kirkville Rd. Take a left at the light onto Fly Rd and another quick left into the parking lot.
